With a distributed organization of inside sales and field sales representatives and frequent product launches, Apna needed a scalable way to ensure sales teams stayed aligned, confident, and ready to perform.
As Apna’s sales organization scaled across locations and sales motions, readiness became harder to maintain.
Onboarding new hires and certifying existing reps on new offerings took nearly 40 days, delaying productivity. A single training framework was expected to handle onboarding, daily coaching, and certifications, which stretched enablement resources.

Certification through AI Roleplay: Sales reps practiced real sales scenarios aligned to Apna’s pitches from day one, Scenarios and assessments were created directly from Apna’s pitch decks and product documentation, ensuring alignment with existing onboarding and certification programs. The certification program became a quality checkpoint i.e. only certified reps were authorized to sell new products. This enabled sales leaders to roll out consistent messaging across teams while accelerating product launches.
Launch readiness at speed: For new product and feature launches, Cuebo enabled scenarios to be created and published within minutes, helping teams get launch-ready almost immediately.
Structured learning: A structured course management module supported phased learning, performance tracking, and smoother onboarding of new joiners.
Video Roleplays: Video-based simulations with progressive difficulty levels and multilingual support enabled realistic practice across both inside sales and field sales teams at scale. To maintain certification integrity, Cuebo implemented identity verification through video and image capture, ensuring only authorized representatives could complete assessments.
